Vandal Charged For $40k Worth Of Graffiti Criminal Property Damage

Suspected graffiti vandal accused of doing more than $40K in criminal property damage in the last six years.

Sheboygan,  WI - On Wednesday,  charges were filed against Lukas J. Bagemehl, 21, accused of spraying graffiti in local homes, public property and businesses in the last six years causing more than $40,000 in criminal damage to properties. Bagemehl was charged with one felony count for graffiti, a one felony count for maintaining a drug trafficking place and several misdemeanors for possession of THC (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia. Cash bail for Bagemehl was set at $750.00, according to court records.
Bagemehl tagging and identifying insignia was "HSK" and "Mad1," according to police. Similar graffiti was found in the basement at his current home and former residence.
