Discua-Bados, Estranged Husband Wanted For Fatally Stabbing 24-year-old Woman In Milwaukee

Milwaukee - On Wednesday, the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office charged Jose Luis Discua-Bados, 29, with first-intentional homicide of Dayana Bados-García, 24, on Tuesday, January 3rd. If convicted, Discua-Bados is facing life in prison.
The criminal complaint states, that Discua-Bados, originally from Honduras had re-entered the U.S. after being deported. On Tuesday, he attacked Bados-García with a 2X4 board while she went outside her residence to warmed up her car at the 2800 block of S. 13th St. Bados-García was trying to go to work when she was fatally stabbed by her estranged husband. Pilar Hernández, Bados-García's grandmother stated, that she heard a scream at about 7:20 a.m. saying, "Luis, No" and when she looked out the window, she saw Discua-Bados beat her granddaughter with the board. Hernández went outside and warned Discua-Bados that she going to call Milwaukee police. He ran back into the house and then returned with a knife and proceeded to stab Bados-García multiple times. He then fled the scene.
When police arrived, they saw Bados-García exhibiting multiple stab wounds to her back and head. She had about 12 stab wounds. Milwaukee County Medical Examiner, Genevieve Penn pronounced Bados-García dead at 8:21 a.m.
Discua-Bados was apparently staying with Bados-Garcia, because she feared him and had previously been abused by him, according to Hernández.
Police issued a warrant for Discua-Bados.
