Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico - On Saturday, Jorge Domene, spokesperson for the Nuevo Leon State Security confirmed that the death toll has reached 21 at the El Sabino Gordo Bar. 16 people were killed inside the bar, when gunmen opened fire. The gunmen arrived in two vans and a vehicle. They first shot a vendor and two other people outside. Two men stood guard outside while the rest of the killers armed with automatic weapons went inside and fatally shot people.
At least 4 women who worked for the bar as escorts were killed and 16 men, including 8 men wearing vests with the bar's name were also killed. 5 were wounded, including 3 men and a women, another victim later died at the hospital, according to Domene.
