David E. Pietura Jr., 27, And Erik J. Mendoza, 15, Charged With 1st-degree Intentional Homicide For 5-year-old Prince McCree's Murder In Milwaukee

Both Pietura and Mendoza facing life in prison for the brutal homicide of 5-year-old McCree.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Monday, David E. Pietura Jr., 27, and Erik J. Mendoza, 15, (charged as an adult) were charged with 1st-degree intentional homicide in connection with the homicide of Prince Rashon McCree, 5, who was reported missing, but no Amber Alert was sent out by authorities and last seen on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 around 1:00 p.m. at the 2400 block of N. 54th St. in Milwaukee.

According to police, McCree's body was located in a dumpster on Thursday morning, October 26 at around 8:30 a.m. at the 5500 block of W. Vliet St..

In addition to 1st-degree intentional homicide and PTC charges, both Pietura and Mendoza were charged with physical abuse of a child, repeated acts causing death including party to a crime (PTC) and hiding a corpse including PTC. 

Mendoza was charged with three additional felony counts for 1st-degree recklessly endangering safety and use of a dangerous weapon.

According to the criminal complaint, Mendoza admitted to police that he strangled McCree. Pietura told police that he walked in when Mendoza was strangling McCree. McCree regained consciousness multiple times, but was beaten each time with a barbell, choked by each suspect, punched with closed fists and kicked in the head, used the concrete base of a birdbath to strike his head several times and also used a golf club to strike his body and head until he was eventually killed.

Mendoza's charges also alleged and include confessions by Mendoza that on October 23, 2023, he deliberately stabbed two males ages 18 and 14, also a 38-year-old female who were totalled strangers to Mendoza. Mendoza told police that he just went on a stabbing spree because he was bored, but later felt bad.

The criminal complaint also says, that while McCree attempted to revive (showed signs of whimpering), both Pietura and Mendoza took turns in beating McCree with a golf club, and Pietura picked up a concrete base of a birdbath and dropped it on McCree's head multiple times as Mendoza stomped on McCree's head repeatedly.

Pietura also told police that Mendoza told him that he wanted to kill someone and that he didn't like McCree.

Pietura after McCree was killed, he tied the body with duct tape and place it in a garbage bag.

They were both caught by a video surveillance camera carrying McCree's body in a garbage bag through an alley and cellphone GPS placed both Pietura and Mendoza where McCree's body was dumped in a dumpster.

Johnny Munoz, Local Producer, Editor And Film Maker With Two Children On The Verge To Become Homeless In Milwaukee County, According To GoFundMe Account

Munoz, a popular television producer who lost his job at Milwaukee Area Technical College created a GofundMe account in September claiming that he lost his job and is on the verge to go homeless by the end of October 2023.

Greenfield, WI - A popular local public television producer, editor and film maker, Johnny Munoz, 62, in a GofundMe account created in September claims that he lost his job at the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) and is on the verge to becoming homeless with two children by the end of October 2023. So far, Munoz's has generated a $250.00 donation from a goal of $4,400 needed to keep his home.

Munoz's former wife, is Mariella Godinez-Munoz, the editor-in-chief of the Spanish Journal in Milwaukee.

Tejano Music Legend And Convicted Sex Offender Jose "Joe" Manuel López Gets Lifetime Achievement Award 2023 Recinded By The TTMA

The TTMA has previously announced that López, the well known Grupo Mazz Tejano lead singer was one of two recipients to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at the October 21 43rd Annual Tejano Music Awards in San Antonio, but after a reported backlash from the Tejano music industry and community, the TTMA decided to recind López's award recognition on October 18.

San Antonio, Texas - On October 21, the 43rd Annual Tejano Music Awards 2023 officially recognized only one of two recipients previously selected by the Texas Talent Musicians Association (TTMA) to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award 2023. Jose "Joe" Manuel López, 73, the lead singer for the Grupo Mazz had been selected along with Humberto "Beto" Ramon, 63, another Tejano singer and song writer to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 43rd Annual Tejano Music Awards, but after the TTMA reported that they had received a backlash from the Tejano music industry and community for recognizing López, a convicted sex offender, the TTMA on October 18 decided to recind López's Lifetime Achievement Award. On the same day, López from the Grupo Mazz released a statement on his Facebook account that he and his Tejano group would not attend the 43rd Annual Tejano Music Awards in San Antonio due to organizers control to recind López's Lifetime Achievement Award.

It's the first time in the TTMA's history that a Lifetime Achievement Award has been recinded after an award recipient has been selected and recognized.

In 2018, López was released from a Texas prison after serving only 12 years of a 20 year sentence for raping his 13-year-old niece in 2014 at his residence at the town of Rancho Viejo near Brownsville, Texas. The victim, Krystal López gave birth to Joe's child after the sexual assault, but Joe López has always maintained his innocence and unsuccessfully worked towards exoneration.

López relaunched his Tejano singing career in 2019, but under conditions of his release from prison, he must register as a sex offender.

In addition, López was also nominated at the Tejano Music Awards for two categories, Male Vocalist Of The Year and Album Of The Year Tejano. López did not win any of the nominated categories.

21-year-old Christian Correa Wanted By Franklin Police For Stabbing Female Acquaintance

Franklin, Wisconsin - On Friday, at around 4:00 a.m. Franklin police responded to a stabbing incident at the 3100 block of W. Skamra Avenue where they found a female with multiple stab wounds. The suspect involved was identified as Christian Correa, 21, of Franklin who fled on foot from the scene upon arrival of police, according to the preliminary investigation report.

The unidentified female is known to Correa and police say its an isolated incident, which there is no evidence of immediate threat to the public, according to a Franklin Police Department press release.

The stabbing victim was conveyed to a local hospital for treatment.

Correa was last seen in the aera of S. 31 Street and W. Ryan Road.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Thursday, Darren Williams, 22, was sentenced to life in prison with a mandatory 60 year incarceration for the January 26, 2023 homicide of Jeanette N. Jimenez, 59, who was fatally shot at the 2100 block of S. 15th Street after intervening in a domestic violence incident. Williams, was convicted on July 27, 2023 of 1st-degree intentional homicide and party to a crime, and two felony counts for possession of firearm by a felon in connection with Jimenez's homicide.

The two felony convictions for possession of a firearm by a felon will be served concurrent (at the same time) the the homicide conviction.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Thursday, a 27-year-old male suspect and a 15-year-old male suspect were taken into custody in connection with the homicide of Prince McRee, 5, who was reported missing and last seen on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 around 1:00 p.m. at the 2400 block of N. 54th St. in Milwaukee.

Police reported that McRee's body was located in a dumpster on Thursday morning at around 8:30 a.m. at the 5500 block of W. Vliet St. and McRee's death is being investigated as a homicide.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, a White Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputy was video recorded striking a 17-year-old Black girl multiple times as she cried out while he was on top of her. The video footage was posted on social media (Facebook- FB) by Marcus Bnbrokeaintcool Carter who wrote that a friend told him to post the video of her daughter being struck by a cop in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, but it actually turned out to be a White Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputy who struck Envy Hampton, 17, multiple times in the video footage, she was booked at the Milwaukee County jail on Monday with multiple charges pending.

The FB video post didn't include any further information about what led the deputy having to strike the Hampton at least three times in her upper torso.

The footage also shows a second Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputy assisting the first deputy in restraining the girl. Also, Keyonna S. Love who was present and appeared that she recorded the incident wrote on her FB account, "You can hear it in my voice I was hurtt they was grabbing us so hard and slammed me on the car and put the hand cuffs on so hard." The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department hasn't posted any information on their FB or website about why the two Black females including the 17-year-old girl was struck by a White deputy and why they were arrested.

Update: According to a FB post by Shawn Moore, the incident happened at the Milwaukee County Zoo on Sunday. Two Black females ages 17 and 18 got into an argument and were asked to leave. They complied and left peacefully. Apparently, Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputies arrived and a vehicle window was broken by deputy and the two females were dragged out of the vehicle and the 17-year-old girl was beaten by a deputy. Moore added that Hampton's mother went to the Milwaukee County jail, but couldn't find her daughter booked until later with a $450 cash bail. But when the mother complained about her daughter not being registered as booked, they ridiculously raised her cash bail to $5,450. The mother was told to leave the jail facility. Her mother, family and community activist Shawn Moore and others plan to stage a protest on Wednesday in front of the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office until Hampton is released.

The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office released the following press release, It says that Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputies arrived at the Milwaukee County Zoo after security called for assistance after a fight was reported at the County Zoo grounds. The individuals involved had left the Zoo grounds, but were waiting for a ride home when security spotted them by the sidewalk near the Zoo entrance. Security notified the deputies who the individuals were who had started a fight earlier.

Milwaukee County deputies went to the vehicle and began to ask for names from the individuals inside the vehicle. The individuals in the vehicle became uncooperative and began to argue with the deputies. Then the deputies forced the driver and the 17-year-old female out of the vehicle and the teen allegedly pushed a deputy and began to be aggressive by striking the deputy and kicking him, according to the press release.

But, it seems that the individuals involved in the fight inside the Zoo had already left and a Facebook video circulating in social media actually shows the 17-year-old  girl on the ground and a White deputy continuing to strike her upper body.

Editor's note: The individuals that were involved in a fight inside the Milwaukee County Zoo were told to leave and they complied. They were no longer a threat at the Zoo grounds. It seems, the Milwaukee County deputies escalated the incident and the individuals had the right not to identify themselves, if they committed no crime.

An important note, the individuals arrested and charged were not charged with fighting inside the Milwaukee County Zoo, so it strongly indicated, they did not commit a crime to be stopped and assaulted by Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputies.

The White deputies involved in the incident should be held accountable for escalating the incident with unarmed Black females.

Chicago, Illinois - Last Thursday, Octerber 19, 2023, Alderwoman Julia Ramirez from the 12th Ward and a staff member were reportedly physically attacked and assaulted by some Asian protesters during what should have been a peaceful protest against a proposed plan to established a temporary immigrant tent encampment (shelter) for undocumented Latinos/as seeking asylum (legalization) in the U.S.. According to social media video footage and a press release by Alderwoman Ramirez, she claims that both her and a staff assistant from her office were attacked and assaulted by multiple protesters when she visited the site where a proposed immigrant tent shelter is planned. Ramirez's staff assistant was hospitalized after the incident for unspecified injuries.

Chicago police had to escort her and her assistant from the protest. Ald. Ramirez says that she went to meet with residents to hear and discuss their concerns, after she was invited to attend the protest at W. 38th St. and S. California Ave. in the Brighton Park neighborhood. Ramirez stated, "I wanted to engage directly with my community to address misinformation being spread about my involvement in the plan, and how we should move forward as a community. After having a few conversations, it became clear that most of the protesters did not want to engage in a peaceful dialogue with me. It was truly a disappointing experience. As I was leaving the protest, a group of protesters surrounded me and my staffer and began assaulting us. Fortunately, I'm ok, my staffer was taken to the hospital and is in good condition." 

Chicago police haven't reported, if any arrests were made involving the protesters who were recorded in social media (Facebook) posts and a video footage by Christina Zhang, which showed mostly Asian protesters physically attacking both Ald. The Office of Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson announced that an investigation of the attack on Ald. Ramirez by protesters is ongoing and police are also investigating the assault on Ramirez and her aide.

The McKinley Park Development Council in a press release, says that "the anti-immigrant and racist rhetoric surfacing in Brighton Park and McKinley Park social media pages the past week is disheartening. The violence that erupted at the propose site (asylum seekers tent camp) at 38 and California is unconscionable."

$67M Price Tag To Totally Restore The Mitchell Park Domes In The Southside Of Milwaukee

A public meeting to help determine the future of the Mitchell Park Domes resulted with an alternative to fund raise as an option to replace the domes or to fix them.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Thursday, Milwaukee County Supervisor Juan Miguel Martinez along with Supervisor Sheldon Wasserman, the Parks Committee Chairman held a public meeting to continue the discussion on the future of the Mitchell Park Domes in the Southside of Milwaukee.

The Parks Committee provided four options for the Domes, Fox6Now dot com reported.

1st option: Demolish the Domes at a cost of $4.7M to taxpayers

2nd option: Restore the three Domes at a cost of $22M

3rd option: Construct a Conservatory and a event center, which would include restoring one Dome at a cost between $49-53M

4th option: Total restoration of the three Domes at a cost of $67M, according to Fox6Now dot com

Multiple people spoke at the meeting with alternatives including fundraising the amount needed to restore the Domes.

Another issue was raised at the meeting that brought up the unfair share revenue that Milwaukee County pays the State annually.

Each year, Milwaukee County pays the State nearly $3B and in return, the State only provides at least $250M for Milwaukee County to operate annually, which the County reports more than a $20M budget deficit per year. 

This year (2023), Milwaukee County received $275M in share revenue from the State Republican controlled legislature and the County was allowed to increase its sales tax by .04% nearly doubling the .05% sales tax, which the County Board approved.

Milwaukee County taxpayers pay more than their fairshare of taxes annually, but yet the County Board raised its sales tax instead of legally challenging the State to get additional share revenues.

Currently, no Milwaukee County Supervisor or the County Board of Supervisors have attempted to legally challenge (lawsuit) the unfair share revenue scam, which the State takes most of the nearly $3B from Milwaukee County and returns less per year.

If the State would return an additional $175M of the $250M it gets back from the State annually, Milwaukee County would definitely operate more efficiently.

In another funding source, the State Assembly Republican controlled legislature on Tuesday by a vote of 69-27 that included 23 Democrats voting yes with Republicans to approve $646M of taxpayers funding to cover repairs for the Family Insurance Brewers Stadium. The State Senate will take up the Brewers Stadium funding bill in November and if approved, Governor Tony Evers (D) is expected to sign the bill into law.

Unfortunately, Governor Evers, a Democrat since being elected to office by Milwaukee County and the City of Milwaukee, which is a Democrat stronghold has failed to advocate for Milwaukee County and the City of Milwaukee to get additional share revenues to operate efficiently.

Currently, the State has a $7B tax surplus, according to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.

30-year-old Julio Sostre-Vargas Fatally Shot At Milwaukee Southside Traffic Stop, Pronounced Deceased, His 5-year-old Son Shot In The Face, Suspect(s) Sought By Police

Milwaukee,  Wisconsin - On Thursday afternoon, Milwaukee police responded to the 700 block of S. Layton Blvd. at around 4:31 p.m. where they located a male victim driver with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim, Julio Sostre-Vargas, 30, aka, "Pook The Barber" was taken to Froedtert Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. Also, his 5-year-old son was shot once in the face, but was reported responsive and in critical condition. The child was taken to Children's Hospital for treatment. Both Sostre-Vargas and his son are Hispanic.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office pronounced Sostre-Vargas deceased at 5:01 p.m. at Froedtert Hospital, the Coroner confirmed.

A woman who accompanied the shooting victim and child was not injured.

According to some people at the scene stated, that Sostre-Vargas was heading Northbound on S. Layton Blvd. and stopped at the intersection due to a traffic red light at W. Pierce St. and S. Layton Blvd. 

A light tan or silver SUV that was following the victims then began to drive by the driver's side and fired more then 12 shots striking the drivers window at least 10 times fatally hitting Sostre-Vargas, who was later identified by social media.

At least 15 spent cartridges were recovered at the crime scene.

The light tan or silver SUV with unknown suspect(s) fled the scene before police arrived and the Milwaukee Fire Department first responders.

(HNNUSA) recently noticed that the unidentified hatemonger who for years was known to send out anti-immigrant hate post cards by U.S. mail to local Milwaukee Latino operated businesses and non-profit organizations has ceased to send out any hate mail since, the COVID-19 pandemic began.

The hatemonger claimed to be military veteran.

No local Hispanic operated business in the Milwaukee area has reported receiving any recent hate mail through post cards delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.

It seems that COVID-19 must have claimed the life of the unidentified hatemonger, one might tend to believe, which many would welcome.

The hatemonger targeted undocumented immigrants, according to the hatemonger's hand written U.S. Post Cards. The U.S. Postal Service failed for years to identify the culprit, but always delivered the hatemonger's mail to the addresses.

We all know, that the U.S. postal workers handling the mail must have noticed the hate mail going through and must have read it, since they are post cards and any message written in the post card can be read by anyone handling the mail. No effort by the U.S. Post Master or the U.S. Postal Inspection Service was made to stop the hate mail, because the hate mail was always delivered on time.

If COVID-19 claimed the death of the hatemonger, it only shows, that death doesn't discriminate, nor does it hate anyone, because everyone is welcomed to eventually die by whatever means.

One thing for sure, hopefully the hatemonger rots in hell for eternity!

Milwaukee Neighborhood Services Oversight Of City's Housing Authority Resolution Approved By Common Council

The City of Milwaukee Common Council anonymously approved a resolution for the City's Neighborhood Services to have the oversight to inspect all Housing Authority buildings and developments for any repeated City code building violations.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, the Milwaukee Common Council anonymously approved a City ordinance for the Department of Neighborhood Services (DNS) to have authority to inspect all of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) buildings and development for any City code violations and to charge fees and fine HACM for repeated violations and inspections. The DNS under the approved ordinance will allow for the Common Council to get annual reports by the DNS inspection results.

The DNS will also evaluate how many additional building inspectors it will need in the oversight of HACM.

Willie Hines, the Executive Director and Secretary of HACM who earns $240,000 in annual salary supported the oversight ordinance.

HACM tenants from multiple Milwaukee Southside HACM developments raised concerns and sought the support of Common Ground, a non-profit organization to help organize tenants after HACM had ignored tenants complaints of apartments havibg infestation of bed bugs, rodents and severe inside deterioration of apartments that weren't being repaired by HACM.

HACM tenants also alleged that HACM was negligent to do timely repairs on work orders and in many occasions failed to do any repairs.

Currently, HACM doesn't have a system to report all the major repairs needed to be done for each property or for tenants to followup on their complaints.

Several HUD audits found millions of dollars were mismanaged including thousands of dollars spent on HACM credit cards by managers of multiple developments unaccounted and lacked any record keeping of the expenditures, according to HUD audits.

At the end of last year, Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson and Hines received a 47-page report (audit) indicating that HACM allegedly was "at risk of serious fraud, waste and abuse," according to the HUD report. (47-page report by HUD at link: https://tinyurl.com/5czw2pft)

A second HUD report in April found that HACM's bank statements and internal booking records showed more than $3M in discrepancies, HACM staff could not produce receipts for $49,876.16 in expenditures by HACM credit cards. HUD also found that HACM kept poor record keeping that made it difficult for HUD to determine key financial balances for the Section 8 Program.

UISD Board Votes To End Contract With Superintendent David H. González In Laredo

Laredo, Texas - On Tuesday, the United Independent School District (UISD) voted to terminate the contract of UISD Superintendent David H. González, 59, after a sexual harassment complaint was filed against him by an employee. González was placed on administrative leave by the Board in August.

González was named the Superintendent of UISD in July 2021, according to the UISD website.

González was allegedly accused of attempting to coerce Ana Cordova, 51, a current bilingual clerk at UISD to lie after claiming that she was sexually harassed in 2011 by González who was then the principal of Washington Middle School.

In mid August, Priscilla Villarreal Treviño, 37, also known as Lagordiloca released a audio recording dated April 2021 where González confessed what he did and wanted for Cordova to lie about it so, he could save his current job. 

Cordova claimed that due to the sexual harassment in 2011, she suffered panic attacks, very high blood pressure and depression and was hospitalized. Her doctor recommended a change of work or she would suffer a serious illness.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - A peaceful protest was held at the Supermercado El Rey located at the 900 block of S. César E. Chávez Drive seeking "Justice for Pito", also known as Luis Lorenzo, 36, who was killed by Enoch Wilson, 45, a Marshall Public Safety security guard (Supervisor) after Pito shot and killed Anthony "Tony" James Nolden, 59, another security guard in self-defense.

On July 9, 2022, Pito went to El Rey on Chávez Drive to eat at the indoor fast food taqueria (taco restaurant) when he was stopped by Nolden who told Pito that no backpacks were allowed inside the store. Pito refused to leave his backpack at the customer service counter and began to leave El Rey. Once outside of El Rey, Pito and Nolden exchanged words and then Pito began to walk away into the parking when Nolden is seen chasing him and spraying Pito multiple times with pepper spray, at that time Wilson arrived and joined Nolden in pepper spraying Pito as well, as both of them tackled Pito to the ground, according to an outdoor surveillance video footage. Pito fearing for his life (he was blinded and was choking from the pepper spray), took out a handgun and fatally shot Nolden in the parking lot, then Wilson fatally shot Pito.

A wrongful death Milwaukee County civil lawsuit was filed on September 29, 2022 by the Estate of Luis Lorenzo, Special Administrator Wanda Rodriguez v. Marshall Public Safety, LLC and El Rey Holdings, LLC case # 2022CV006215, which is still ongoing seeking justice for Pito.

An appeal is also pending with the Wisconsin Court of Appeals in the case challenging the July 21, 2023 decision of Milwaukee County Judge William Sosnay to dismiss all claims against El Rey Enterprises, which indicates that those who contract security guard agencies will not be held accountable for any wrongful death liability lawsuit brought upon by victim's families seeking justice for their love ones that were killed on business private properties. William Sulton, the attorney for the Estate of Luis Lorenzo confirmed on Monday, October 9, 2023 when contacted by HNNUSA that he will file a Milwaukee County civil lawsuit challenging Judge Sosnay's decision in regards to dismissing all claims against El Rey Enterprises.

Julie Valadez Released From Canadian Immigration Hold After Spending 9-weeks In Detention, Delavan Police Detective Trevor G. Hinman Had Filed False Criminal Charges Against Valadez To Extradite Her To Wisconsin

Vancouver, B.C., Canada - On Thursday, Julie Valadez, 39, was released from Canada Border Services Agency hold after being detained for a second time, she was held for 9-weeks, shortly after being released after a 5-week hold in Canada.

Valadez crossed into Canada in the Summer of 2022 seeking refugee status after experiencing the most corrupt Waukesha County family court illegal decisions by both Judges Michael J. Abrahamian and Ralph M.  Ramirez in Wisconsin that resulted for her four children to be placed with the abusive father, Ricardo Valadez, a former pastor in Waukesha despite winning four Wisconsin Court of Appeals decisions that indicated that her four children were illegally placed with her ex-husband.

Valadez filed a Writ Of Mandamus with the Wisconsin State Supreme Court, but the Writ may have failed to get the four votes required to be taken up by the Supreme Court because it was done in a closed conference and no information is publicly available.

In order words, no one can find out because they held a closed conference for the matter which allegedly violates the Constitutional presumption of public access to court records protected by the first amendment.

Also, Valadez who was declared indigent in Wisconsin was charged with more than $40,000 in divorce court fees and child support charges by Judge Ramirez, eventhough on many occasions, Julie was denied access and unsupervised visits to see her children by Ramirez during the divorce proceedings.

Her 15-year-old son, Ethan Valadez ran away on his own accord in January 2023 because he didn't want to stay with his abusive father and ended up in Canada seeking asylum as a refugee. He was later forcibly removed from Canada by the CBSA.

Ethan was forcibly taken against his will while Julie and Alamea-Xian were placed in detention during the Canadian federal worker strike. He was put in the care of the Ministry of Children and Family Development against his will and refused his repeated requests for an attorney. While in their care, the Ministry informed him that they would be returning him to his father and that he could not see his mother. He became suicidal and was taken to the hospital on April 24. Despite all of this, they forced him back with his abusive father anyway without any assessment or court hearing to offer him an ability to tell his story and submit his doctor's report to the court recommending that the boy remain with his mother due to his father's post separation abuse and past child abuse. 

Ethan was in the care of the Ministry for a week from 4/21-4/28/2023.

In brief, Ethan was placed in an undisclosed location before he became suicidal and then into a youth group home. He repeatedly refused returning to his father and requested an attorney.

To this day, Ethan now 16, has refused to return to his father and has been in the care of Julie's parents since, his forced return to the U.S..

Julie had sought refugee status in Canada because she fear, that if she continued to stay in Wisconsin, Judge Ramirez would order her to be arrested as a vindictive act for exposing Ramirez of corruption and illegal acts on the bench dealing with her divorce case. The petition of Writ of Mandamus filed with the Wisconsin State Supreme Court details her years of plight in the corrupt Waukesha County family court judicial system.

Julie was criminally charged on February 2. 2023, and Alamea-Xian, 50, was officially charged on March 3, 2023 with two felony charges each for Ethan's flight to Canada seeking asylum and living with his mother, Julie.

Kimberly Cornado, 46, was criminally charged on March 23, 2023 for interfere with child custody of another parent and party to a crime.

Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) learned and confirmed that the Delavan Police Department sent documents including several filed police reports of false (supplement police filings) criminal charges for kidnapped minor for sexual assault filed by Delavan Police Detective Trevor G. Hinman in an attempt to unconstitutionally bypass proper extradition procedure and kidnap Julie and Alamea-Xian to face felony charges in Walworth County for interfering with the custody of another parent and party to a crime.

A federal lawsuit was filed in Hawaii against Detective Hinman alleging he filed several false police reports charging both Julie and Alamea-Xian with kidnapped minor for sexual assault and is currently pending, according to Kathryn Alamea-Xian who is spear heading the federal lawsuit against Hinman and other officials in Wisconsin.

The Delavan Police Department had sought for Alamea-Xian and Julie to be extradited to Wisconsin to face frivolous felony charges for kidnapped minor for sexual assault, which the false felony charges were filed in a police report and sent to the CBSA officials in order to get both Alamea-Xian and Julie extradited, which was unsuccessful when both Alamea-Xian and Julie received copies of the false Delavan Police supplement report filed by Detective Hinman and challenged Hinman's false police supplement report. Both Alamea-Xian and Julie were not officially charged with kidnapped minor for sexual assault that Det. Hinman attempted to falsely indicate.

HNNUSA also learned that Julie Valadez dropped out of a $75,000,000 federal Civil Rights lawsuit filed by Alamea-Xian against Wisconsin Guardian Ad Litem Attorney Molly Jasmer and more than 30 other defendants that included Waukesha and Walworth County judges, assist. Alamea-Xian confirmed to HNNUSA that she was given 45-days by the federal court to amend the pleading in the federal Civil Rights lawsuit in Hawaii to personally sue the Wisconsin STATE Defendants as it has become clear that the Federal Defendants were misrepresented by Det. Trevor Hinman in his fabricated police reports, according to the federal court review in Hawaii.

Alverno College And Mount Mary University In Milwaukee Retained Federal Hispanic-Serving Institution Designation With More than 25% Of Full Time Latino Student Enrollment, According to The HACU

Recognizing two Wisconsin higher education institutions in Milwaukee as Hispanic-Serving Institutions during Hispanic Heritage Month 2023.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Two higher education institutions, Alverno College and Mount Mary University from Milwaukee have retained their designation as Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSI) for multiple years by the U.S. Department of Education (USDOE) under the Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions (DHSI) Program (Title V, Part A), which provides federal grants to HSI designated institutions.

On September 21, 2023, the Biden-Harris administration awarded more than $40M to support HSIs around the country.

According to U.S. federal law, a HSI is defined as an institution of higher education that is an eligible institution; and has an enrollment of undergraduate full-time equivalent students that is at least 25 percent Hispanic students at the end of the award year immediately preceding the date of application, cited from the USDOE website.

Alverno College undergraduate and full-time Hispanic student enrollment was reported at 40% for the Fall of 2022, the USNews dot com reported (https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/alverno-college-3832). In 2017, Alverno College became the first college in Wisconsin to obtain its federal HSI designation with 27% of Hispanic student enrollment. Also, Mount Mary University-Milwaukee for the Fall 2023 entering undergraduate enrollment was reported at 41% and was designated as a HSI for a second year, according to the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) membership report (2021-22). Mount Mary first obtained its HSI designation in 2020 and in 2021 reported its Hispanic undergraduate enrollment at nearly 31%.

In 2021-22, the HACU reported that three Wisconsin Higher Education Institutions were designated as HSIs, Alverno College-Milwaukee with 36.6% Hispanic student enrollment;  Herzing University-Kenosha with 30.0% and Mount Mary University-Milwaukee with 30.4% Hispanic student enrollment. Milwaukee, Wisconsin - A Justice for Pito, actual name Luis Lorenzo, 36, rally will place on Sunday, October 8, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. by El Rey Supermercado, 900 S. César E. Chávez Drive in the Southside of Milwaukee.

Lorenzo was attacked by several security guards from Marshal Public Safety who were contracted (date unknown) for store security by Ernesto Villarreal, the President and CEOof El Rey Supermercado (El Rey Holdings, LLC), according to a deposition dated February 15, 2023 taken for the lawsuit case filed under the Estate of Luis Lorenzo v. Marshals Public Safety, LLC, El Rey Holdings, LLC and their Insurance companies. The lawsuit is ongoing, according to Milwaukee County court records.

On September 23, 2023, Milwaukee County Judge William Sosnay dismissed all claims against El Rey Enterprises, but two appeals by the Wisconsin Court of Appeals were granted for depositions of defendants to be filed.

According to the Milwaukee County civil lawsuit, Lorenzo went to El Rey Supermarket on July 9, 2022 to purchase some items and was confronted by Marshal Public Safety Officer Anthony "Tony" James Nolden, 59, which attempt to keep Lorenzo from entering the store with a backpack in his shoulder. The Estate of Lorenzo lawsuit says that Nolden pepper sprayed Lorenzo as he attempted to leave the store. Then as Lorenzo exited, Enoch Wilson, 45, the director of the Marshal Public Safety company who arrived at the scene including Nolden took down Lorenzo in the parking lot after Nolden and Wilson pepper sprayed Lorenzo for a second time. While Lorenzo was on the ground and blinded, as he feared for his life and was defending himself, he took out a handgun and fatally shot Nolden. Then Wilson took out his handgun out and fatally shot Lorenzo.

The lawsuit also claims that Marshal Public Safety (MPS) officers have no police powers under the law to arrest someone.

The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office decided not to criminally charge Wilson with Lorenzo's homicide, nor for Nolden's death.

Both Lorenzo's and Nolden's deaths were ruled homicides by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.

Also, at the time of the deadly confrontation at El Rey Supermarket, both Wilson and Nolden had their firearms licenses expired. Nolden's firearm license expired on March 10, 2022 and Wilson's license to carry a firearm expired on June 28, 2022, according to the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services website.
