Maldonado And Herrera, Both Known MAGAs Outed For Promoting Hate, Nazi Propaganda And Anonymous False Facebook Postings In Wisconsin

The "Big Lie" behind a MAGA fake Facebook page created by two Trump supporters to promote hate, false information and Nazi propaganda on the social media.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - It seems that two Trump supporters and known MAGAs (Make Amerikkka Great Again/Keep Amerikkka Great) in Wisconsin have been outed by Zorillo Network, a satire communications source as the individuals behind the "Big Lie" in Wisconsin. The two MAGAs were identified by the Zorillo Network as Mario Herrera, 31, aka, "La Maria or La Mari" and Dawn Maldonado, 49, aka, "Damaris Perez" who both confessed last year in a Facebook (FB) posting by Herrera that they were planning to create a MAGA fake Facebook page.

Actually, Herrera and Maldonado concentrated their efforts to target a member or members of the Latino community in Milwaukee and engaged in posting items anonymously for the intent to slander and make false accusations about the victim or victims.

Who are the two MAGAs, Herrera is the former Hispanic Outreach Director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin. Herrera resigned from the Republican Party of Wisconsin shortly after the failed re-election campaign of former Governor Scott Walker (R).

According to the Orange County Register (OCR) in November 2016, Herrera claimed that he was allegedly accused of making a false injury claim with the Veterans Administration. The OCR reported, Herrera was injured in Iraq, and he was angry with the Veterans Administration. The VA, he said, treated him suspiciously, "like I was trying to commit fraud," when he tried to get treatment...Herrera is not dismayed by Trump's comments about women, Latinos, the disabled and others..."He's an ass," Herrera said (about Trump).

Maldonado is the founder and operator of Bylyngo Translating and Interpreting LLC in Milwaukee. Bylyngo LLC, seems to depend on the same clientele for business that Trump was attempting to deport in his first term, with anti-immigrant policies. Trump was defeated in the November 2020 Presidential Election by Joe Biden (D).

Zorillo Network also reported that in 2000, Maldonado pleaded guilty/no contest to two misdemeanor counts of theft/false presentation of up to $1,000 each count, according to Racine County court records.

Wisconsin Recognition Citation Awarded To People's Revolution For Seeking Transformational Racial Social Justice By Peacefully Marching For 365 Consecutive Days

The People's Revolution have marched and rallied seeking racial social justice for more than 365 straight days in Wisconsin.

Madison, Wisconsin - The People's Revolution received a recognition citation by WI State Representative David Bowen (D-Milw.) for organizing and seeking racial social justice in Wisconsin.

The People's Revolution have marched and rallied peacefully for 365 consecutive days in Milwaukee and throughout the state seeking transformational racial social justice for George Floyd from Minneapolis, Breonna Taylor from Louisville, Jay Anderson, Alvin Cole and Joel Acevedo from Milwaukee.

Also, the People's Revolution have been calling for the Wisconsin State legislature to end privilege immunity for law enforcement officers in the state that violate people of color civil rights and abuse unarmed citizens that are detained.

Herrera And Maldonado, Latino MAGA Cult, LLC Founders Of Fake Facebook Page Facing Bankruptcy In Wisconsin

Herrera and Maldonado are expected to file bankruptcy after their failed attempt to reelect Trump went sour and lost their life savings on a failed venture known as the Latino MAGA Cult, LLC fake Facebook page.

May 30, 2021

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Apparently, two Trump MAGA supporters Mario Herrera, aka, "La Maria or La Mari" and Dawn Maldonado, aka, "Damaris Perez" who reside in Milwaukee County have admitted to fellow MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again/Keep Amerikkka Great) cult members during a clandestine MAGA clan gathering that they are facing financial and deep emotional distraught after Trump lost the November 2020 election to Biden. Both Herrera and Maldonado were hoping to get a hefty under the table commission from the Trump campaign for helping to mislead ignorant local Trump supporters in the Milwaukee area to donate campaign funds via their own MAGA fake Facebook page link, which was linked to Trump's campaign. Herrera's and Maldonado's dream to becoming 1%s of the wealthiest in Amerikkka with accumulated scamming wealth came crashing down after realizing they will never qualify for hefty federal government welfare for billionaires.

National news reports later exposed the Trump campaign alleged scamming of his own supporters of hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations that they didn't agree to donate. Trump supporters learned through bank transactions that once they made a single donation to the Trump campaign, the campaign then took advantage and began to collect weekly donations without the supporters authorization. The Trump campaign was forced to return more than $127M in unauthorized donations to supporters that were scammed.

Herrera and Maldonado were expecting a huge payoff from the Trump campaign, but their under the table commission never materialized. Their dream to make their MAGA fake Facebook page profitable by targeting people of color and posting false items anonymously never took off the ground and is currently a deadbeat page due to all the lies, hate, child nude photo and Nazi propaganda on their MAGA FB page and a dot com page as well, since Trump lost.

Herrera is currently between jobs and he including Maldonado are both learning the Russian language as an alternative to flee the country in order to avoid debt collectors.

In 2000, Maldonado pleaded guilty/no contest to two misdemeanor counts of theft/false presentation of up to $1,000 each count, according to Racine County court records.

Their crazed passion for White nationalism and Trump's "Big Lie" about the election results in 2020 (Trump believes that he won a second term as President) have certainly taken a toll on Herrera and Maldonado.

The January 6, 2021 insurrection by the Trump MAGA cult at the U.S. Capitol building has forced the entire Trump MAGA cult to go back into the shithole they crawled out and today, the MAGA red cap and Trump propaganda flags have disappeared from the public, since the propaganda garb is connected to the insurrection.

Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) reported on Thursday that Retzlaff's Annie's Campground website (https://anniescampground.net/) had a notice that service would be refused for Black Lives Matter (BLM) terrorists. Retzlaff's website notice reads, "We reserve the right to refuse service: No commies, thieves, illegal substances, antifa, blm or other terrorists. Safety is our #1 goal."

Most of those opposing BLM in Wisconsin are mainly Trump racist supporters, which includes White nationalists, KKK, Neo-Nazis, fascists, supremacists and the MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again/Keep Amerikkka Great) cult followers.

May 28, 2021

Waukesha, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, May 25, 2021, a bench warrant was reissued for the arrest of Jose de Jesus Juarez Delgado, 33, after failing to show up at the Criminal Traffic Division (CTD) in Waukesha County to sign a $3,000 signature bail bond. Juarez Delgado was also ordered on May 17, 2021 during a virtual Zoom court hearing not to use RJ Design and Construction, LLC, or any other company unless he has a legitimate license and insurance. An active warrant was vacated at the time of the virtual hearing. However, failure to appear at the CTD for ID processing and for a signature bond request within five days, a warrant for his arrest would be reissued.

Apparently, Juarez Delgado failed to appear as the court requested CTD ID processing and a warrant for his arrest was issued again, according to Waukesha County court records.

His last registered address with the Waukesha County Court was at 2529 S. Brisbane Ave. in Milwaukee. (5/17/2021)

The Waukesha County District Attorney's Office filed a one felony count criminal charge on March 11, 2021 against Juarez Delgado for theft-movable property charges of at least $5,000. A felony warrant was issued including a $3,000 cash bail was set for Juarez Delgado on April 20, 2021. The suspect who is undocumented and doesn't have valid driver's license (license previously suspended) is now being sought again by authorities.

If convicted on the felony count, Juarez Delgado is facing up to 3 years and six months in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.

Juarez Delgado is originally from Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Juarez Delgado allegedly scammed a local Waukesha resident into signing a private driveway repair contract under DBA Construction Solutions, LLC, a company name that was previously dissolved in 2017 and no longer existed in the state. The victim paid Juarez Delgado at least $4,000 to do the driveway repairs, which the suspect never did.

Juarez Delgado who used DBA Construction Solutions, LLC (dissolved in September 16, 2017) and who was order by the court on May 17, not to use RJ Design and Construction, LLC as well is known to hire crew employees to do construction work, but never pays them and has committed other similar scams and has a $400,000 judgment against him from another victim, according to Waukesha County court records.

On August 8, 2017, the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) filed a judgment against Juarez Delgado for $6,240.10 for not paying unemployment compensation for his workers.

On January 30, 2017, the Wisconsin Department of Revenue filed a tax warrant against Juarez Delgado for $14,639.84, which is still open.

On October 29, 2014, the DWD also filed a judgment for $798.98, which still has an open penalty warrant against Juarez Delgado for workers compensation.

A virtual court appearance for Juarez Delgado is scheduled for June 3, 2021 at 1:00p.m. in Waukesha.

Annie's Campground Website In Shawano County Wisconsin Posted That It Reserves The Right To Refuse Service To BLM Terrorists

Owner of campground in Shawano County confirmed in 2020 that no facemasks are allowed in the campground buildings during COVID-19 pandemic and Memorial Day weekend. It's website today also has a notice posted that it reserves the right to refuse service to Black Lives Matters (BLM) and Antifa.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

May 27, 2021

Gresham, Wisconsin - Apparently, Ann (Annie) Retzlaff, 52, confirmed during a WAOW News9 report that facemasks won't be allowed at the Annie's Campground buildings, W125505 Roosevelt Rd. in Gresham located in Shawano County. Retzlaff said in May 2020 that once people go into the building to register, they need to remove facemasks as a safety and identity measure,  but campers can wear in the outdoor campground.

Retzlaff stated to News9 in 2020, "Masks are not allowed in my building. We want to do a positive facial recognition." She expected more than 1,200 campers over the Memorial Day weekend.

Also today, the campground website has a notice (https://anniescampground.net/) that reads, "We reserve the right to refuse service: No commies, thieves, illegal substances, antifa, blm or other terrorists. Safety is our #1 goal."

Those who visit the campground website on the internet will notice the paragraph about safety and would certainly interpret that Blacks are being targeted,  profiled and will be refused service, or even if they wear any BLM clothing which might definitely be grounds for service refusal, according to Retzlaff's posting on the camp's website.

Most of those opposing BLM in Wisconsin are mainly Trump supporters, White nationalists, supremacists and the MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again/Keep Amerikkka Great) cult followers.

On June, the statewide Facemask use executive order by Governor Tony Evers (D) will expire.

So far, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported that there have been 609,289 COVID-19 positive cases since the pandemic struck Wisconsin and 330 positive cases for Wednesday and 5 deaths from COVID-19 totalling 7,003 deaths in the state.

Editorial: Former Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales Should Remain Off The MPD Force, He Failed As Chief And Definitely Missed His Chance To Hold Police Officers Accountable

Former Milwaukee Police Chief Morales had retired from the Milwaukee Police Department after being demoted for failing to follow the repeated directives of the Milwaukee Fire & Police Department Commission and was even accused of lying to them, according to the demotion hearing.

Hispanic News Network U.S.A.
Editorial

May 26, 2021

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - The City of Milwaukee Fire & Police Commission (F&PC) should not reinstate a former retired Milwaukee Police Chief who was demoted to police captain after he failed to follow multiple directives, repeated warnings of getting replaced including being accused of lying to the Commission.

Former Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales failed to hold his officers under his watch accountable for making false reports, statements and violating the due process of an undocumented immigrant who was frivolously arrested in the Southside of Milwaukee and instead of processing him for the alleged charge, police officer at the scene turned him over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents without any accountability while Morales claimed that his department wasn't working to illegally detain undocumented immigrants in the City.

Morales during a F&PC hearing claimed that ICE agents had a federal warrant to detain the undocumented immigrant in question, but Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) discovered it was only an ICE administrative warrant signed by an agent, which is invalid to enforce by law enforcement, only a federal or state warrant signed by a judge are valid to enforce in private property.

Morales also failed to a directive from the F&PC to report the individual in the department who released a video and information to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel about a sexual assault investigation that exposed the victim. To date, the MPD hasn't digitally traced which police officer or supervisor leaked the video. It was later known that Morales was interested in getting the suspect in the sexual assault case who is a known developer to join a police foundation board to raise funds for police officers families.

Morales was also criticized for using chemical tear gas at peaceful protesters by MATC, simply because an individual threw a water bottle at police who were fully geared for riot situations.

Morales granted an interview with a WTMJ Radio and stated, "I'm ready to come back to work. In fact, I called this morning for access to my email. I have a lot of things I need to do to start straightening out that department...It's unfortunate in what the city is doing in not taking responsibility for their actions. The city has admitted guilt to no due process, not affording me due process. That's a violation of my civil rights," former Milwaukee police Chief Alfonso Morales said on WTMJ Radio on Tuesday (May 25, 2021).

Ironically, Morales is also a known Trump supporter and supports the Milwaukee Police Association who endorsed Trump for President, which was infiltrated with White nationalists MAGAs (Make Amerikkka Great Again/Keep Amerikkka Great). The City of Milwaukee has a majority of Democrats leaving in the City and having a police chief who is a Trump supporter and a MAGA run police union doesn't create a good working law enforcement partnership and environment for the citizens that they serve, since the former police chief has lacked to enforce accountability and terminate police officers found to file false police reports, have lied, failed to follow due process for individuals that they detain and those who have been cited for off-duty confrontations with peaceful protesters of color.

So far, the MPD hasn't publicly acknowledged that it has investigated, if any police officer is associated with any supremacist groups or has been fired for being a supremacist.

Morales had his opportunity to revamp the MPD and make its police officers and supervisors accountable to the citizens of Milwaukee, but instead the MPD and its officers still enjoy privilege immunity.

One thing for, the Blue Lives Matter and the blue line insignia has been associated with the White nationalists and Trump MAGA rioters and insurrectionists that invaded the U.S. Capitol building on January 6, 2021 in an attempt to keep Trump (R/MAGA) as President, the majority of Americans rejected Trump and the MAGA cult through the Electoral College vote Constitutional process that gave Joe Biden (D) the victory to defeat Trump.

Most of the MAGAs wearing their Identifying propaganda political red caps and displaying Trump flags have crawled back into the hole they crawled out.

Morales "No Va" for reinstatement.

Morales, if not reinstated as chief of police could get a $1M City settlement for his contract, if not rehired. The City hasn't announced, if it will appeal the Milwaukee County judge's decision to reinstate Morales as Chief of Police.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - The Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) released the following stats under the Wisconsin Public Records Law that Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) had requested for September 13 and 16, 2020 during the Mexican Independence Day impromptu parading and cruising in the Milwaukee Police 2nd District Station in the Southside of Milwaukee. MPD reported that police enforcement units cited 16 drivers on September 13 and 26 on September 16. Also, 1 was cited for non-traffic violation on September 13 and
on September 16, 2 were cited for non-traffic violations. There were 5 arrests made on September 13 and 8 arrests on September 16, according to MPD. MPD also reported that they have no record, if anyone's vehicle was towed during the impromptu parading or that any of the citations and arrests made in both days were connected to the Mexican Independence Day impromptu parading and cruising in the Southside of Milwaukee, according to an open records request by HNNUSA.

Hundreds of Mexican and non-Mexican nationals came out to engage in an annual impromptu Mexican Independence Day celebration with Mexican flag waving and vehicle cruising throughout the Southside of Milwaukee in 2020.

The S. 6th Street viaduct was blocked by participants during the impromptu flag waving and vehicle parading, which included loud music and burning tires rubber. Along S. Cesar E. Chavez Drive, the participants cruised and also burned tires rubber on the drive.

No major incidents were reported by police other than traffic violations as reported.

Last year, the United Migrant Opportunity Services (UMOS) had canceled their 49th Annual September 13, 2020 Mexican Independence parade and festival due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Mexican Independence Day is celebrated on September 16 in Mexico.

An estimated, 60,000 people line up along the UMOS Mexican Independence parade route and at least 10,000, people attend the festival at the UMOS Corporate headquarter's grounds after the parade.

The UMOS annual fiesta-friendly event celebrates Mexico's declaration of independence from Spain in 1810, and it's filled with national pride, a colorful parade, a mariachi concert, local bands, vendors and traditional food and drinks.

López served 11 years in prison and was released in 2018 and has launched his come back as a Tejano singer.

On May 9th, Mexican Fiesta organizers had also confirmed that Los Tucanes de Tijuana had been booked for Sunday, August 29, 2021 during the 3-day Fiesta at the Summerfest grounds in Milwaukee.

The Mexican Fiesta is sponsored by the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation. Fiesta organizers haven't officially announced that the 3-day Mexican Fiesta 2021 will take place, but they have posted the latest booked Tejano and Mexican entertainment at their fiesta during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. They haven't made public any information on how they will deal with the COVID-19 restrictions placed by the City of Milwaukee Department of Health on outdoor events drawing crowds.

The Wisconsin facemask statewide restriction ends in June.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported on Monday that so far, 608,583 have tested positive for COVID-19 and 151 for today. There have been 6,990 reported deaths in Wisconsin since, the Coronavirus pandemic began in the state and 1 reported death for Monday.

Mexican Fiesta was canceled last year due to the peak of COVID-19 pandemic when no vaccines were available and in 2019 more than 80,000 festivalgoers attended MF.

Mexican Fiesta will also hold an outdoor parking lot marketplace bazaar with vendors, music and etc. at 2997 S. 20th Street in Milwaukee from 11a.m. to 4p.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021.

Update: Joe López y Grupo MAZZ will also perform at the 3-day Midwest Tejano y Mexicano Fest in Toledo, Ohio at the Stranahan Theater grounds. The 3-day outdoor festival in Toledo is scheduled for August 27-29, 2021, the same weekend as the projected 3-day Mexican Fiesta at the Summerfest grounds in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Also, the Billy Bob's Texas announced on Social Media last Tuesday, July 13, 2021 that “The Joe Lopez y Grupo Mazz concert scheduled for September 18, 2021, has been canceled. Billy Bob’s Texas remains committed to the citizens of Fort Worth and will continue to take the feedback and concerns of our community seriously.”

The Tejano Nation dot net reported on Thursday that "concerns over the performance deal with Lopez, who is a convicted sex offender that was paroled in March 2018 after he served 12 years of his 20-year prison sentence for multiple sex offenses involving his 13-year-old niece in 2004. The 70-year-old singer has always maintained his innocence and is working towards exoneration."

But, his niece gave birth to Lopez's child after the sexual assault.

Exclusive: Behind The Scenes Of The VDLF Immigrant March That Drew More Than 30K Diverse Participants In Milwaukee On March 23, 2006

This year marks the 15th Anniversary of the first largest gathering to march for Comprehensive Immigration Reform and driver licenses was organized by Voces de la Frontera in 2006 with the help of many local businesses, Latino community activists and Latino media personalities including a bilingual local newspaper in Milwaukee.

Hispanic News Network U.S.A.
May 16, 2021

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, H. Nelson Goodson, a well known investigative journalist for more than 38 years in the field who was the former Publisher of the Milwaukee Spanish Journal, former managing Editor and Co-founder of El Conquistador Newspaper and the former Editor and Co-owner of the Satélite Newspaper in Milwaukee remembered how the local immigration movement for Comprehensive Immigration Reform and the fight (La Lucha) for State of Wisconsin driver licenses for the undocumented driver began to grow in popularity.

In the summer of 2005, Goodson was invited to take photos of an event at Cathedral Square Park where his sister Marla Gonis had volunteered to translated for Catholic Priest Eleazar Pérez who among multiple invited guests were scheduled to give oral testimony about their experience immigrating to Wisconsin at the park, which was organized by Voces de la Frontera (VDLF), a non-profit worker rights and immigrant rights organization. Those who gathered at the park to listen to the testimony from the invited guests were less than a dozen people.

Goodson says, that he decided to write an article about the VDLF and Father Pérez testimonial event in the local El Conquistador Newspaper and then he continued to cover events by VDLF locally, which more people gradually responded to the events.

In the early years, VDLF was just beginning to grow, it was also struggling to organize and had lacked economic support from the community and it fell short of becoming a viable voice to represent the immigrant population, according to Goodson.

With that in mind and to help VDLF succeed in its mission to help undocumented immigrants, Goodson sent the articles via emails to other parts of the U.S., which began to ignite an interest for Comprehensive Immigration Reform among immigrant communities.

In 2005, Wisconsin U.S. Representative Jim Sensebrenner (R) introduced the federal REAL ID bill to pressure states into revoking state legislation granting driver licenses or state ID's for undocumented residents. In 2007 in Wisconsin, a bill to eliminate driver licenses and state ID'S for undocumented residents passed the State legislature and was signed into law by former Governor Jim Doyle (D).

Today, it continues as law in the State, recently the Republican/MAGA controlled legislature continues to oppose reinstating driver licenses or permits to drive for the undocumented residents that contribute more than $90M in combined taxes to Wisconsin annually.

The current Governor of Wisconsin Tony Evers (D) included items (provisions) such as driver licenses and in-state tuition for the undocumented residents in the 2021-23 biennial State budget, but the Republican/MAGA controlled Joint Committee on Finance removed the items on May 6, 2021.

There are at least 32K undocumented drivers in the state.

Today, they are 14 states that provide driver licenses to undocumented drivers. The 14 states that have passed a road safety law to offer driver licenses to undocumented drivers are California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Utah, Vermont and Washington.

In 2006, Congressman Sensebrenner also introduced HR 4437, which would have criminalized anyone rendering aid to the undocumented and made it a felony for being undocumented in the country. HR 4437 failed to pass after a nationwide mobilization against the bill was successful.

VDLF was organizing a march for Comprehensive Immigration Reform and anti-HR 4437 and the Real ID movement in March 23, 2006.

A month before the scheduled march, Christine Neumann-Ortiz, the Executive Director of VDLF and 6 local community leaders held a closed meeting to help organize the event and to create an initiative plan to generate economic support and commitment by the Latino community to participate in the march.

Those that attended the closed meeting with Neumann-Ortiz were Dagoberto Ibarra from Ibarra Enterprises; Ernesto Nava from Empresarios Pequeños de Wisconsin; Patricia Martinez from La Campeona Radio; Dionisa Gonzalez from Mi Casa Mortgage; Father Eleazar Pérez from St. Adelbert Catholic Church and Victor Huyke, Publisher of El Conquistador Newspaper in Milwaukee, according to Nava.

Father Pérez had organized several immigrant rights marches before VDLF's March 23, 2006 immigrant march. Pérez tried to branch out with other organizations and had wanted for Huyke and Goodson to continue with the marches, but eventually VDLF took the torch and organized the March 23, 2006, with the help of the initial group of six who help VDLF succeed.

Nava remembered that at the time, the group was just expecting at least 3,000 march participants, but to their surprise, more than 30,000 march partipants (diverse group) attended that fateful day on March 23, 2006 that made national news, which included members from the Puerto Rican community, community of color and Mexican descent populations also displaying flags.

The 7-member group that included Neumann-Ortiz,  Ibarra, Nava, Martinez, Gonzalez, Pérez and Huyke were successful in getting more than 200 local Hispanic businesses to close and donated to the VDLF March 23, 2006 event.

Goodson recalled the night before the March 23, 2006 event was going to take place in Milwaukee. Goodson received a call from Nava who found out at the last minute that City permits to hold the event at Zeigler Park by the Grand Avenue Mall were not legally issued. Nava was able to get Goodson to act on the matter. Apparently, inquiries were held in getting the permits by VDLF, but no one actually applied for the permits to hold the march, police escort and for the sound system to be setup at the park for invited speakers.

Goodson immediately contacted Huyke and explained the dilemma VDLF was facing the night before the march. Huyke immediately contacted Alderman Tony Zielinski who contacted Alderman Robert Bauman whose District included Zeigler Park. Bauman advised Huyke to fill out the permit for the park and take it to him in the morning and he would sign it. Huyke received the permit to hold the march at Zeigler Park for VDLF.

Goodson also recalled that during the day of the VDLF march, he noticed that throughout the country, there were no famous Latino artists and popular singers and bands supporting the immigrant cause. Goodson managed to stay up for three days after the VDLF march to send out emails to all of the Latino artists, singers, music Latino recording  agencies and popular Mexican bands requesting their support for the immigrant communities who made them rich and successful by buying their music products.

The first singing artist to come out public in support of the immigrant community was Daddy Yankee at a New York concert. He came out with the Mexican flag and in support of the immigrant community.

The second artists were El Grupo Recodo in California and then came Shakira and the rest is history.

Goodson was also instrumental in coordinating a network of groups that organized marches and events in coordination with other groups and organizations throughout the nation in favor of Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

Terry Moran from ABC Nightly News came out on a news report on how incredible that in six days, the immigration rights movement got coordinated nationally.

Goodson gave credit to his late mother Marla O. Anderson who fought for the rights of undocumented immigrants in the early 1970's and Goodson has carried her torch ever since to continue to fight for Comprehensive Immigration Reform, civil rights, immigrant rights and driver licenses for the undocumented drivers as a road safety initiative.

To date, VDLF has not officially recognized Ibarra, Nava, Martinez, Gonzalez, Father Pérez and Huyke for their contribution and success VDLF had in the first largest immigrant march in Wisconsin's history on March 23, 2006.

Houston, Texas - On Saturday, Gia Cuevas, the wife of Victor Hugo Cuevas, 26, turned their Bengal tiger named India to Houston authorities. Gia confessed to police that India belonged to Victor who had denied that he was the actual owner of the nine-month tiger that became famous after a video posted on social media showed the tiger roaming at a West Houston neighborhood.

Victor managed to take custody of the tiger after it was discovered that it got loose and was roaming in the neighborhood and neighbors called authorities. One of the neighbors was able to video record the tiger walking through a front yard of a house.

An armed off-duty Waller County Sheriff's deputy that lives in the same neighborhood responded to the scene and that's when Victor arrived and told the deputy not to shoot the tiger. Victor was able to put the tiger on his truck and fled from the scene. He was later arrested in Harris County for evading police, but the tiger went missing and Victor wasn't cooperating with authorities in order to locate the tiger.

Victor had been denying that he owned the tiger, which it is illegal in Houston to house or handle an exotic animal without a license.

India, the tiger is now in BARC, the City's animal shelter and on Sunday it will be transported to the Cleveland Armory Black Beauty Ranch, a wildlife sanctuary.

During a press conference, Houston Police Commander Ron Borza confirmed that Victor Hugo Cuevas and his wife Gia Cuevas owned the tiger.

The suspect had his bond revoked after the tiger incident for the six time since, Victor was on bond for a 2017 homicide charge in Ford Bend County and was awaiting trial. A Ford Bend County judge set a $300,000 cash bond for Victor for violating his conditions of bond.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - The Board of Zoning Appeals (BOZA) released a copy of a two-page letter to Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) under an open records request, which was submitted to BOZA by Alderwoman JoCasta Zamarripa in opposition of an application by the Community Medical Services (CMS) that was submitted on January 29, 2021 to open an outpatient opioid treatment center at 823 S. Layton Blvd in the 8th Aldermanic District in the Southside of Milwaukee. Ald. Zamarripa alleged in her letter that CMS's application had "contains inaccurate and false information", that also falsely claimed that she was supporting CMS's application to open an outpatient opioid treatment center, which Zamarripa also claimed that CMS would use at least 100 parking spaces (but only highlighted 50 parking spaces in the application) in the strip mall location where 12 businesses are located and the strip mall only has about 165 parking spaces in the entire lot and that staff from CMS would park on S. 28th Street, which most area residents in the location park in the street and don't have garages.

HNNUSA contacted CMS by email for a comment, but the CMS administrative staff have not responded to Ald. Zamarripa's claims and opposition to the outpatient opioid treatment center project.

BOZA confirmed to HNNUSA that CMS had removed their application of appeal to open at the S. Layton Blvd location and the case was dismissed.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, several local outdoor religious freaks (fanatics or locos de la religión) attempted to infiltrate and interrupt the Voces de la Frontera (VDLF) May 1st Immigrant and International Worker's event held outside of the federal court house building in downtown Milwaukee. VDLF held its annual Immigrant and worker's march including a rally to advocate for Comprehensive Immigration Reform with a path to citizenship for more than 11M undocumented immigrants in the country in front of the federal court house building where Wisconsin U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R/MAGA) has his local office. Johnson is anti-immigrant and doesn't support comprehensive immigration reform.

One of the religious freaks identified himself as Christian López, actual name John Simmons,  also known as the Black Charro who once supported Trump publicly around the Southside of Milwaukee. López received so much criticism for publicly supporting Trump that he finally retired from doing it and got into religious outdoor preaching with a Bible in his hand.

He attempted multiple times to interrupt the May Day outdoor event along another outdoor preacher with a bullhorn, but were kept from interrupting the event by VDLF crowd control volunteers.

López attempted multiple times to elude VDLF crowd control volunteers during the event, but was unsuccessful.

Most of the VDLF event attendees at the rally didn't even noticed the religious freaks attempting to get their attention.

Undocumented Immigrants Are Taxpayers And Are Stakeholders In The U.S.

Undocumented immigrants are tax contributors and have become stakeholders in the country, which have already paid for the privilege to earn immigration legalization with a path to U.S. citizenship.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

May 2, 2021

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - At the May 1, 2021 Voces de la Frontera (VDLF) annual International Worker's Day march during the COVID-19 pandemic to remind President Joe Biden to fulfill his promise to enact a Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill with a path to citizenship for more than 11M undocumented immigrants in the U.S. Undocumented immigrants pay billions of tax dollars to the U.S. and most don't file for reimbursement at the end of the year. https://bit.ly/3unBATW

The march began at VDLF's new office at the 700 block of W. Historic Mitchell Street and ended at the Milwaukee downtown federal court where U.S. Senator Ron Johnson's (R) office is located. Johnson is anti-immigrant and doesn't support immigration reform or driver licenses for undocumented drivers in Wisconsin. There are currently 14 states in the U.S. that offer driver licenses to undocumented immigrants as a driving safety initiative.

Also, Wisconsin undocumented immigrants pay more than $90M of combine taxes annually.

Just in case you or Biden didn't know, Wisconsin and Mexico have a trade agreement, which Mexico contributes more than $3.05B into the state's economy.

When former President Obama took office, the U.S was facing a recession heading to a depression, but the billions of tax dollars that undocumented workers paid to the IRS suspended account save the country from going into a depression. They also pay billions of tax dollars into Social Security, which they don't qualify to collect when they retire. https://bit.ly/3gW5MC0

• In Wisconsin, undocumented immigrants paid $21,7 million in personal income, $6.1 million in property taxes and $66.5 million in sale taxes in 2010 totaling at least $94.4M, according to the Institute for Taxation and Economic Policy study.

• Undocumented workers in Texas pay $11.6B annually in taxes, according to the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy.

• Undocumented immigrants paid $35B within 10 years to the Medicare Trust Fund even when they don't qualify for benefits. (HNNUSA/Hispanic News Network U.S.A.)

• The Social Security Administration reported that in the Earning Suspense File has $1.3T in taxes in earn wages, which most of it was collected from undocumented immigrants.  (The Atlantic)

• In 2014, Stephen Goss, the Chief Actuary of the Social Security Administration told Vice News that in the last decade, an estimated 11M undocumented immigrants reside in the U.S. and about 7M are unauthorized workers and 3.1M of those worked with fake or expired Social Security numbers and paid automatic payroll taxes to the federal government. In 2010, a $13B annual net contribution was made to the Social Security Trust Fund.

In the last ten years, unauthorized workers have paid an estimated $100B into the trust fund and most of the unauthorized workers will never benefit from their tax contributions later in life, according to Goss.

Undocumented taxpaying immigrants have already earned and paid for their right to be legalized today.

It's time for the Republican controlled legislature in Wisconsin and Governor Tony Evers (D) to provide driver licenses or permits for the undocumented drivers in the state.

In D.C., a group of undocumented workers staged a street blockage and an act of civil disobedience called "Papers Not Crumbs" organized by the Movimiento Cosecha on May 1st in protest near the White House in Washington, D.C. against the Biden administration and the Democrat controlled U S. Congress for their lack to pass a comprehensive immigration reform bill with a path to citizenship during Biden's first 100 days in office.
